Appointment Cancellations

Timely cancellations are required no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled clinic day. This deadline is strictly observed at the start of the Clinic Day at 8:00 am.

Our voicemail system is time-stamped. Even if our office is closed, please leave a message by 8:00 am to avoid fees. This professional courtesy allows us to provide care to other patients who may be on our waiting list.

Communication & Refills

Voicemail System: Patients may leave updates for providers on our 24-hour voicemail. Our administrative team monitors this and relays critical information during office hours.

Prescription Refills: Refills should be managed during your scheduled visit. If an urgent refill is needed, contact us 7 days in advance via the refill line. We strictly utilize HIPAA-secure protocols for all requests.

Clinical Contact: To protect privacy and ensure quality of care, we do not utilize email for patient communication. Phone calls exceeding 5 minutes are subject to billing as a scheduled tele-health encounter according to our hourly fee schedule.
